Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (ToU) govern access to and use of the Isla Sonora site and its services (account, leaderboard, contracts, park, skin creator). By using the site, you accept these Terms of Use.

1. Access to the service

Access to the site is free. Some features require creating an account via Steam authentication. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity carried out from your account.

2. Account and registration conditions

• You must have a valid Steam account that owns the game The Isle.
• One account per person; creating multiple accounts to circumvent a sanction is prohibited.
• Minors must obtain the consent of their legal guardian.

3. Rules of conduct

When using the site and the game server, you agree not to:

• post hateful, harassing, discriminatory or illegal content;
• cheat, exploit a bug or use third-party software providing an advantage;
• disrupt the operation of the site, the server or other players;
• impersonate another player or a staff member.

4. Virtual currency and items

Runes, tokens, skins, contracts and other in-game elements are virtual items with no real monetary value. They cannot be resold for real money, transferred outside the mechanics provided by the site, or converted into cash.

Runes come in two types: runes earned by playing, the only ones usable on the site's games of chance (Wheel, Crash), and runes bought with real money, reserved for utility purchases (shop, marketplace) and never wagerable on those games. No amount paid can therefore be staked on a random outcome.

5. Moderation and sanctions

The team reserves the right to moderate content, remove fraudulently obtained items and suspend or delete any account that does not comply with these Terms of Use, without notice or refund.

6. Availability

The site and the game server are provided "as is". The publisher does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may suspend the service for maintenance, updates or in the event of force majeure.

7. Changes to the Terms of Use

The publisher may modify these Terms of Use at any time. The applicable version is the one in force when you use the site.
