These terms and conditions of sale (T&Cs) apply to any purchase made on the Isla Sonora website, in particular the Battle Pass (VIP) and rune packs. Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.

2. Products and services
The products offered are digital goods: a VIP subscription (Battle Pass) and rune packs. Runes are an internal virtual currency with no real monetary value, usable only within the website and game server.
3. Price and payment
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Payment is made online via our provider Stripe. No banking data is stored by the publisher. The order is validated after payment confirmation by Stripe.
4. Delivery
As these are digital goods, delivery (VIP or rune credit) is carried out immediately after payment confirmation, to the account linked to your Steam ID.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal for digital content supplied immediately and without a physical medium, the performance of which began after your agreement. No refund is due once the digital content has been delivered.
6. Legal guarantees
Regardless of any commercial warranty, the seller remains bound by the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). For digital content and services, the legal guarantee of conformity applies under the conditions of articles L.224-25-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.

7. VIP subscription
- The Battle Pass is valid for the duration indicated at the time of purchase.
- VIP benefits (rune bonus, daily spins, etc.) are described on the Shop page and may change.
- The subscription does not renew automatically, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
8. Games and virtual currency
Runes bought with real money may only be used for utility purchases on the site (shop, marketplace). They can never be wagered on the site's games of chance (Wheel, Crash), which only accept runes earned by playing.
The games of chance (Wheel, Crash) are free game features: they are played only with runes earned by playing, involve no real-money stake and award only virtual items (runes, tokens, skins) with no real monetary value. These items cannot be converted into money, refunded, or resold for real money: they do not constitute a financial gain and do not fall under gambling regulations.
9. Consumer mediation
In accordance with articles L.611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, after sending us a written complaint that has remained without a satisfactory response within two months, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge. The list of approved mediators is maintained by the French Consumer Mediation Evaluation and Control Commission (CECMC); the details of the competent mediator are provided to you on simple request.

11. Applicable law
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing this, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
