Mutes, warnings, bans, and appeals

Voice Mute

A player who insults, harasses, or ruins the atmosphere in the local voice chat may be muted by moderators:

• They can no longer speak or hear, and disappear from the voice chat for everyone;
• they are immediately kicked from the channel;
• the duration is determined by the severity of the offense, ranging from a few hours to permanent.

They are notified via a banner in the overlay. Every mute is logged and visible to the entire team: there are no secret penalties.

Warnings

For a first minor offense, the team may issue a warning. It is recorded on your profile: it doesn’t cost you anything, but the team will see it if you do it again.

Bans

For serious or repeated offenses, a ban blocks access to the game server and the website (Steam connection blocked). It can be temporary or permanent. It can also be imposed automatically when your reputation reaches the “Banned” level (see the article on reputation).

Permanently banned players disappear from the leaderboards.

Appealing a Decision

• Banned? The screen that appears when you log in lets you submit an unban request, which will be reviewed by the founders.
• Unfair reputation penalty? Open a ticket: press F10 in the overlay, or on Discord.

Your tickets are saved

When a Discord ticket is closed, its content is copied to your player profile: the Discord channel disappears, but the conversation remains. This protects both sides—what was promised to you cannot be “forgotten.” A ticket is linked to your account only through your official Discord connection, never through a manually entered username.
